SafeMove2是ABB機(jī)器人第二代安全控制器產(chǎn)品，旨在確保人員和設(shè)備安全，促進(jìn)人/機(jī)器人協(xié)作，為用戶提供精益、靈活和更經(jīng)濟(jì)的機(jī)器人解決方案。其強(qiáng)大的配置工具大幅減少了調(diào)試時間，可以提供靈活的安全額定速度和位置監(jiān)控等安全功能，實現(xiàn)危險應(yīng)用，如X射線檢查、激光切割。
對于Safemove2的安全范圍，可以在RobotStudio根據(jù)布局人為添加節(jié)點，人為通過拖拽調(diào)節(jié)具體位置。
通常，安全范圍應(yīng)基于機(jī)器人的實際運行軌跡，盡可能的設(shè)置小，即安全范圍僅需包括機(jī)器人的軌跡工作范圍（包括末端工具，大臂，上臂等）。
