Safemove2為ABB機(jī)器人推出的提升機(jī)器人安全系統(tǒng)的套件。
Safemove2包括安裝在主計算機(jī)內(nèi)額外的DSQC1015(如下圖,該硬件的計算通道本身為雙通道)及相關(guān)選項(xiàng)。Safemove2與外部設(shè)備通訊基于ProfiSafe。Safemove2與機(jī)器人系統(tǒng)一起符合ISO 13849-1中的PLd等級,等同于IEC 61508標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的SIL等級2。
Safemove2在使用前,需要進(jìn)行同步操作,即讓機(jī)器人走到同步位置并進(jìn)行同步檢查。
同步檢查有兩種方式:
方式一:在工作站安裝一個同步開關(guān)。機(jī)器人走到同步位置,若同步開關(guān)信號被觸發(fā),機(jī)器人接收到該信號(Safemove2中的硬件同步信號,需要將同步硬件信號接到PLC,PLC通過profisafe發(fā)給機(jī)器人),則完成同步,證明機(jī)器人各關(guān)節(jié)位置正確
Safemove2 is a kit launched by ABB Robotics to enhance the safety system of robots.
Safemove2 includes an additional DSQC1015 installed in the main computer (as shown in the figure below, the computing channel of the hardware itself is a dual channel) and related options. Safemove2 communicates with external devices based on ProfiSafe. Safemove2, together with the robot system, complies with the PLd level in ISO 13849-1, equivalent to SIL level 2 in IEC 61508 standard.
Before using Safemove2, it is necessary to perform synchronization operations, that is, to move the robot to the synchronization position and perform synchronization checks.
There are two ways to synchronize checks:
Method 1: Install a synchronization switch on the workstation. When the robot reaches the synchronization position, if the synchronization switch signal is triggered, the robot receives the signal (the hardware synchronization signal in Safemove2 needs to be connected to the PLC, which sends the synchronization hardware signal to the robot through profiSafe). This completes the synchronization and proves that the robot's joint positions are correct
